Staying at Hostal Flores was a delightful experience, reminiscent of my countryside escapes back home in Newcastle. The building itself, with its charming old-world atmosphere, felt inviting and warm-the perfect backdrop for our family exploration of Quito. The spacious quadruple room was not only comfortable but also featured a fantastic balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee, soaking up the vibrant sights of the historic district. What truly impressed me was the genuinely friendly and helpful staff, especially Señor Coba, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was seamless. The location couldn't have been better, just a couple of blocks from the main plaza, allowing us to drop our bags and immerse ourselves in the local culture. With great service, a relaxing ambiance, and a touch of rustic charm, Hostal Flores is a gem I'd wholeheartedly recommend and would love to revisit during our next family holiday!
